Combine chocolate pudding mix, remaining cream and milk in a small bowl, beat with an electric mixer for 1 minute or until thick. Spread evenly over biscuits
Dip remaining biscuits into water and coffee mixture. Place over chocolate pudding
Combine chocolate and butter in a small heatproof bowl, stir over a pan of simmering water until chocolate is melted. Spread over biscuits. Refrigerate overnight
