Fruit Cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups self raising flour
- 1 pinch salt
BOIL
- 3/4 pound butter
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 2 teasp mixed spice
- 2 1/4 teasp carb soda
- 3 pkts mixed fruit
- 1 ? sp coffee essence
Instructions
- Boil ingredients in list from butter down
- Allow to cool
- Cook 170c for 3 to 3 1/2 hours
